Frank and his team at MKZ performed a small miracle in our downtown Toronto condo — transformed our very dark 1980s engineered hardwood floors to light oak. He even did test patches in a closet to verify the results. Patient, careful, and kind. Plus, it cost half what a new floor would have cost!

Frank and Ken did a phenomenal job refinishing my hardwood floors — old engineered floors with only a thin layer of veneer left, badly damaged by tape. They painstakingly and gently sanded to the most beautiful natural finish and added multiple layers of protection. The floors are stunning. I can't recommend MKZ enough!
